The most popular Ceramic Coating service is
High Performance Ceramic Coating for exhaust systems. This firstly improves the look of your exhaust system by removing rust and replacing it with a smooth polished finish. Secondly, the exhaust system will be coated with a coloured ceramic powder. Thirdly, your exhaust system will be heat protected so that the radiated temperature will drop by 20-25%. With our extensive shade range and polish techniques, your exhaust will be looking polished, heat protected and rust free in no time.
Some other Ceramic Coating services we offer are;
Ceramic clear coats for polished aluminium, brass or other metals. This protects these metals from oxidation.
Ceramic Coating for internal engines
For this service we specialise in Coating Pistons with a thermal barrier coating to the crown of the piston. This adds a lubricant Coating to the skirt and a disbursement coating to the underside of the piston. This service can also be done the Combustion Chambers, Valves, Intake and Exhaust runners on a head.
The temperature of a combustion chamber is estimated to be 1300 degrees. Pistons wear down quickly as 110 degree oils splashes on them. Then the overall air/fuel temperature is estimated to be 40 degrees. An engine’s pistons go up and down 200 times per second when at 6000rpm. Keeping this in mind, the Pistons have to withstand extreme temperature highs and changes. Ceramic coating helps to balance this out as well as reducing hot spots on the pistons.
